Description
Classic spinach dip recipe made with sour cream, mayo, and a vegetable mix—simple, creamy, and always a party favorite.
Ingredients
1 package frozen chopped spinach (10 oz), thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup mayonnaise
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1 packet vegetable soup mix
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
3 green onions, chopped
Crackers, vegetables, or bread for serving
Instructions
1. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix in a large bowl.
2. Add spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions.
3. Stir until well combined.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5. Serve chilled with bread, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
You can use Greek yogurt to lighten the dip.
Add chopped artichokes or shredded cheese for extra depth.
