Ingredients
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons hot sauce (like Frank’s or Sriracha)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
2. Heat over medium-low, stirring gently until well combined.
3. Add red chili flakes, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to blend.
4. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving or storing.
Notes
Adjust the spice by increasing or reducing chili flakes.
