Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sriracha or preferred hot sauce
½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
2. Pour in the cream and bring it to a gentle simmer—do not boil.
3. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and melted.
4. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes, sriracha, and Cajun seasoning.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes until thick and creamy.
6. Serve immediately over pasta, chicken, or roasted vegetables.
Notes
This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of milk or cream to restore smoothness.
Adjust spice levels based on your heat preference—add more sriracha or Cajun seasoning for extra kick.
