Description
Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents are a warm, flaky, and creamy 3-ingredient appetizer that’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or snack time. These buttery crescent rolls are stuffed with savory sausage and smooth cream cheese for a quick dish that always impresses.
Ingredients
1 lb ground pork sausage (mild or spicy)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
3. Add softened cream cheese to the sausage and stir until well combined and smooth.
4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
5. Spoon about a teaspoon of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each crescent.
6. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Don’t overfill the crescents—too much filling may cause them to burst open.
Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature to soften for easier mixing.
You can prepare and store uncooked crescents in the fridge for up to 1 day before baking.
