Description

This roasted red pepper alfredo sauce is creamy, smoky, and made with simple pantry ingredients. Perfect for pasta, chicken, or veggies.


Ingredients

1 jar (12 oz) roasted red peppers, drained

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons goat cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet and sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

2. Add roasted red peppers, sautéed garlic, cream, Parmesan, and goat cheese to a blender.

3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

4. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and warm over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring often.

5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve over pasta or your favorite dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of milk if needed.
