Description

This knorrs veggie dip is my go-to party favorite—creamy, cool, and full of bold vegetable flavor. It’s made in minutes with pantry staples and loved by kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

1 packet Knorr vegetable recipe mix

1 cup mayonnaise

2 cups sour cream

1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, finely chopped

3 green onions, chopped

Optional: red bell pepper, shredded carrots, garlic powder, Greek yogurt

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.

2. Add the Knorr vegetable recipe mix and stir to blend evenly.

3. Fold in spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions.

4. Mix well and cover the bowl.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

6. Stir before serving. Serve cold with crackers, vegetables, or in a bread bowl.

Notes

You can prep this up to 24 hours in advance. For a tangier flavor, swap in Greek yogurt for part of the sour cream. Add chopped bacon or jalapeños for a spicy twist.
