Description

A creamy, savory dip made with Knorr vegetable mix, fresh spinach, and a smooth mayo-sour cream base. Perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

1 package frozen chopped spinach (10 oz), thawed and squeezed dry

1 cup mayonnaise

1 container (16 oz) sour cream

1 package Knorr vegetable recipe mix

1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)

3 green onions, chopped

Bread bowl or assorted fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr vegetable mix until smooth.

2. Add spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions; stir to combine.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

4. Serve chilled in a bread bowl or with vegetables or crackers.

Notes

You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.

Add chopped artichokes for a fun twist on the classic.
