Ingredients
1 glass filtered water
4–6 large ice cubes
⅛ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Optional: 1 lemon wedge or ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Fill a tall glass with 4–6 ice cubes.
2. Add ⅛ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt over the ice.
3. Pour in filtered water until the glass is full.
4. Stir gently for 10–15 seconds to dissolve the salt.
5. Add lemon or apple cider vinegar if desired.
6. Sip slowly, ideally in the morning.
