Ingredients

1 glass filtered water

46 large ice cubes

⅛ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

Optional: 1 lemon wedge or ½ tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with 4–6 ice cubes.

2. Add ⅛ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt over the ice.

3. Pour in filtered water until the glass is full.

4. Stir gently for 10–15 seconds to dissolve the salt.

5. Add lemon or apple cider vinegar if desired.

6. Sip slowly, ideally in the morning.

Notes

Drink on an empty stomach for best results.

Stick to ⅛ teaspoon of salt—more is not better.

Pair with a light breakfast like fresh fruit or a veggie salad.
