Ingredients

1 cup honey (raw or regular)

1 ½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine honey and red pepper flakes.

2. Warm gently over low heat, stirring occasionally for 5–7 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar and salt.

4. Let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a clean glass jar.

5. Refrigerate and stir before each use.

Notes

Adjust heat by adding more red pepper flakes for extra spice.

Strain the chili flakes for a smoother texture if desired.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
