This hot honey mustard sauce blends Dijon, yellow mustard, and hot honey into a bold, sweet-heat dip or drizzle you’ll want to put on everything.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup hot honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Pinch of garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon and yellow mustard until smooth.
2. Add hot honey, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce. Whisk until fully combined.
3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust heat or sweetness if desired.
4. For thinner texture, add a splash of warm water or olive oil.
5. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to one week.
