Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

½ cup buttermilk

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp chopped chives

1 tsp chopped dill

1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar

Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

Whisk mayo, sour cream, and buttermilk in a bowl.

Stir in garlic, lemon juice, and fresh herbs.

Season with salt and pepper.

Chill for 30 minutes.

Serve or store for up to 1 week.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
