This homemade cottage cheese ranch dip is creamy, tangy, and full of protein. It’s a fresh, healthy twist on classic ranch, made from real ingredients in just minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: Splash of buttermilk to thin
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
4. Transfer to a jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
5. Stir before serving and enjoy chilled.
Notes
Use fresh dill for a brighter flavor.
For a thicker texture, reduce Greek yogurt or blend less.
Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
