Description

This homemade cottage cheese ranch dip is creamy, tangy, and full of protein. It’s a fresh, healthy twist on classic ranch, made from real ingredients in just minutes.

Ingredients

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: Splash of buttermilk to thin

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

4. Transfer to a jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

5. Stir before serving and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Use fresh dill for a brighter flavor.

For a thicker texture, reduce Greek yogurt or blend less.

Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
