Ingredients
1 packet Knorr Rice Sides – Chicken flavor
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional: 1 cup frozen broccoli, sautéed mushrooms, or peas
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook Knorr chicken rice according to package instructions, reducing the water slightly.
3. In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, shredded chicken, sour cream, soup, milk, and garlic powder.
4. Fold in optional vegetables and half of the cheese.
5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
6. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over the casserole.
7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
