Ingredients
1 cup dried apricots or prunes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Optional: pinch of Tajín or garlic powder
Instructions
1. Soak dried apricots or prunes in hot water for about 15 minutes.
