Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
2. Add honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt. Stir well.
3. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes to let the flavors blend.
4. Stir in lemon juice and simmer for 1 more minute.
5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Adjust cayenne to control heat level.
Great for glazing grilled chicken, shrimp, or even vegetables.
