Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1–2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1–2 tbsp banana bread syrup (optional)
Whipped cream (optional topping)
Banana slices, chopped nuts (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Brew espresso or strong coffee and set aside.
2. In a blender, combine banana, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and brewed coffee.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Add banana bread syrup if using and blend briefly again.
5. Pour into a mug or glass.
6. Top with whipped cream, banana slices, or crushed nuts if desired.
7. Serve hot or over ice for a chilled version.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for the best flavor.
