Grilled Garlic-Lemon Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Place Chicken breasts in a medium, non reactive bowl.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
Turn chicken several times to coat with marinade.
Cover and marinate 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. <

Turkey and Fruit Pasta Salad1 cup dry gemelli pasta or 1 1/3 cups corkscrew macaroni
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
2 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup fresh lime or lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons snipped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme, crushed
2 medium nectarines or plums, sliced
1 cup halved fresh strawberries
Cook pasta according to package directions, preferably al dente (firm tothe bite).

Halve six fine peaches, not too ripe, and place in saucepan with concaveside up. Take one peach, peeled, and mince with a dozen macaroons,adding the yolk of an egg and half an ounce of sugar.
