These ribs can either be grilled or baked. Since the temperature is too cold for grilling at the moment, I've only tried the baked version. These ribs are quite peppery, so if you're not a huge fan of black pepper I would recommend reducing the amount in the recipe by half. -- posted by *Crystal* read more »

You could eat them hot, but best let them cool and keep in the fridge to slice and eat in sandwiches. Can substitute kosher salt for maldon salt or 1/2 teaspoon table salt -- posted by cmrb734 read more »

From the website www.greenwheatfreekeh.com.au this recipe is for a wonderful garlic dip or garlic sauce. Went to an Arabic store in Toledo (yippee, found one!) and bought something called 'freekeh'. Never having heard of it before, I did an Internet search. This website has plenty of (metric) recipes. I have not tried this one yet. -- posted by dogsandwoods read more »

This is kinda like a Ham Salad recipe. Really flexible, use only as much mayo as you want (I use Duke's), everything's in proportion so it multiplies really easy. If you don't have a food processor, just chop everything up real fine. -- posted by OneFootInThePoorHouse read more »
