1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk1 cup white sugar1 cup cider vinegar1 cup mayo or Miracle WhipIn a blender add milk, white sugar, cider vinegar and mayo–set blender to “mix” and beat 3-5 minutes. Use as a salad dressing. Refrigerate leftover dressing.
