Adapted from a recipe by Food Diva at allrecipes.com. The finer you chop the peppers and onion, the less likely your burgers will fall apart. When the peaches were in season in Texas, we always drove up to Fredricksburg in the Hill Country, to buy lugs and lugs of tree-ripe peaches. My Grandma was in charge of the canning, with Mom & I enlisted as kitchen scut peelers and jar sterilizers. I really believe her spiced peaches are what started my love of all things *spicy*. I was inspired by Recipe #40416 and create my own. I am a novice cook and this has to be the easiest recipe I have tried in my crock pot. I would have liked to try a better BBQ Sauce but Winn-Dixie had a limited selection so I used there own which turned out pretty good. This sauce can be used for spaghetti, ravioli, chicken Parmesan, or anything Italian! It's very quick and very easy!
