I can never find Cubano Bread like you get in Miami with the famous Cuban Sandwich. It's virtually impossible to find outside of Southern Florida. Believe it or not, this recipe is at least 54 years old. When I was in 4-H, another member and I gave a demonstration on making rolls. I have since adapted it to my bread maker. What I do is mix everything in the breadmaker and set it on the "dough" cycle.

I wish I could remember where I found this, probably in a newspaper food section. No meat in this dish, but broccoli, carrots and cheese. It is wonderful topped with the tomato sauce of your choice. If you make homemade sauce, it is the best!!! -- posted by cricketbird

Sarmale are tradditional Romanian cabbage rolls that are always served at weddings and during Christmas, as well as other occasions or for no occasion at all. My Romanian friend, Carmen, gave me this family recipe that she altered slighty since becoming vegetarian. Just a simple stir-fry I came up with wrapped in egg roll wrappers. An easy recipe, which can be easily improvised. Don't put too much in each wrapper, and make sure that it is properly sealed. Tips for sealing: Mix a little flour [pref. corn flour] with water to form a sticky paste. That's yer glue. AND, add in the coriander leaves based on your own desired amount.
