Five ingredients, including salt and pepper!!! I was visiting my DS and she presented this "way too easy" recipe for Chicken Pot Pie. I used a bag of Oriental frozen vegetables with water chesnuts and baby corn. A healthy chili con carne chock full of veggies. Very easy to prepare and tastes fantastic, a really good dish on busy weeknights where you run low on time and still want to serve your family a healthy delicious meal! Also a real kidpleaser. Of course you can omit the meat and add extra beans or different veggies.. Enjoy! -- posted by mamaDlicious

These are the best ribs I have ever eaten. You can use one rack of ribs for the recipe and cut the sauce into quarters (or thirds if you like your ribs saucy) to save some for later. If you follow the directions verbatim it is impossible to mess this up. Enjoy! -- posted by Kittynoises
