Quick, simple supper. My 3 year old ate 6 servings, so I guess its kid friendly too. :) I used a very lean beef that didn't require draining, if you use a fatty meat you may want to drain it before step 3. My mom adapted this from several recipes she found, in an attempt to copy the arroz con leche that we had while I was studying in Mexico. This isn't a true 'pudding' since it doesn't have any eggs--but it sure is good! Servings and time are an estimate--I haven't actually made this myself yet--just enjoyed it at mom's house! This recipe came from a WW Cookbook from the 80's, long before points. It is easy to make and YUMMY to eat. I changed the margarine for light butter. I also added the zest from a lemon aand capers. -- posted by Luvs 2 Cook
