Found this little gem in an old Woman's Day magazine I had laying around the house. You choose the fruit; strawberries, peaches, blueberries, plums, or whatever other combination you can come up with. 4 pounds of fruit makes about seven half-pints. This cheesecake is very similar to the German kase sahne. Use any type of cookie or sweet cracker crumbs for this cheesecake; graham crackers, vanilla wafers, gingersnaps, chocolate cookies, or even crushed corn flakes. This recipe was tested and developed using Jell-O brand instant vanilla pudding mix, I cannot guarantee the same results using another brand or omitting from the recipe, this is buttery tender dough that produces an excellent flavored and textured cookie --- servings is only estimated it will depend on how thick you slice the dough, I get about 12-15 cookies per roll if sliced just over a 1/4-inch thick, you may of coarse slice them thinner or thicker if desired and adjust baking time slightly read more »

Bake cake in a 9x13 inch pan as directed on box. Poke holes in cake with a fork, after it has baked 20 minutes. Mix lime gelatin and boiling water, cool. Pour over cake when cool. read more »
