My favorite recipe for delicious Asian dumplings. This is Tyler Florence's recipe, but I like to tweak it to make it my own sometimes... This is a Great recipe for Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians a like. These Potstickers has such a full flavor that you won't know that your eating tofu. great for parties, main dishes, or appetizers. Found this on the PF Chang website. I'm hoping it's as tasty as the dishes I've tried at their restaurant. These potstickers can also be fried in a lightly oiled saute pan or even dropped into a simple broth with some of your favorite vegetables (thinly cut carrots, bok choy, or even chinese cabbage.)
