This is from Lou Seibert Pappas' cookbook, Extra-Special Crockery Pot Recipes, "Time saving meals for the gourmet appetite", I have to add that tagline since this recipe fits and does not disappoint! This is delicious. Cooking the lamb chops in spare liquid on low is as close to braising in a crockpot as I've seen. This is a combination of recipes I found on Food Network. If you are unable to find Southwest Seasoning in your local market, try this one Recipe #23537. The cooking method for the pork can be either in a crock pot, oven or perssure cooker; just follow the manufacturers instruction. I was inspired by Recipe #40416 and create my own. I am a novice cook and this has to be the easiest recipe I have tried in my crock pot. I would have liked to try a better BBQ Sauce but Winn-Dixie had a limited selection so I used there own which turned out pretty good.
