This recipe is from Cooking Light - April 1997. It's fast to throw together and is really yummy. As with most Asian style dishes, I usually add more veggies and whatever I have left in the refer. -- posted by lazyme

This is a Paula Deen recipe. She made this for her brothers engagement shower. My daughter saw this on her show, went bonkers, next thing you know I am making this every couple of months. I never use a whole ham, usually either a big shank or butt half, whatever is on sale. This sounds really strange but it does taste really good. It's hard to stop eating it once you start! -- posted by fishywitch

I typically grind half of it and leave half as-is.You could use coconut flour but I just use my spice grinder to turn regular unsweetened coconut into a powder. -- posted by Vegan4TheWin
