This is my stab at Romano's Macaroni Grill's dish called "Penne with Oven Roasted Chicken". I think it is my favorite chicken and pasta dish, and I've tried alot of them and made up a few myself. I found a couple of recipes for this but could not get the exact ingredients so I improvised and this is what I ended up with. I added no salt as the chicken broth and cooking wine I used both had salt. I think it's pretty close, not exactly Romano's but still YUMMY! Specifics: I used Perdue read more »

I love this recipe because it's good and because my mother made it while I was at home. I added the brown sugar and hot sauce. A 3 generation family favorite. The whole recipe is estimated as I do not measure when I make this dish and depending on how much time I have I may turn up the oven for the first 20 minutes of baking. I add the water last so I can adjust the sauce to the desired consistancy. I also usually double the recipe. My family likes to dip garlic bread in the sauce. -- posted read more »

This is a recipe which I created using both White Bread Flour and 100% Whole Spelt Flour. I am posting it here so that I will not lose the recipe and so that others can try it as well. My DH likes whole wheat bread and I prefer white. This was created to please both of us. Tonight it is being served with Sausage Soup. Preparation time is your labor not including ABM mixing and rising. -- posted by CarrolJ read more »
