I am Torgo. Whenever The Master returns, he desires these healthy and fluffy pancakes smothered in my blueberry maple syrup (coming soon). This recipe makes 3 palm-sized pancakes (well, a man's palm). Quintuple the dry ingredients and store until you need it. Use a rounded 3/4 cup of mix per 3 pancakes. -- posted by Torgo, Esq.

Years and years ago, CR reviewed boxed M&C products and came to the conclusion that this recipe was much less expensive and easy. I have used it exclusively since the 70's, shared it with friends, and can tell you it is the best I have ever had. Of course, the prices are from about 30 years ago :) -- posted by Barbara in Alexandria, VA

I'm not a big breakfast eater, but this was something quick to throw together that didn't feel like a heavy meal. This, of course, can be halved for a child or smaller eater, or doubled for more. -- posted by Sam #3
