I've made these "meatballs" quite a few times now for potlucks as well as family dinners. They're quite good. The people at the potlucks didn't even realize they were meatless until I told them. These meatballs always turn out to be delicious! The oatmeal is a trick that helps them to stay moist and not become dry, and they have a really nice flavor. You can always use fresh onion instead of the onion powder. Don't want to make meatballs?
