I like recipes that show me how to use up jars of things I often have in my fridge. In the case of this recipe, it is that half used up jar or mango chutney I always appear to have in the back of the fridge. Using fresh pineapple, mango, cilantro, lime juice and onion, this is a delightfully fresh salsa with a slight kick. This salsa is fairly mild, although the onion does pack some punch. You can add some fresh jalapeno or other pepper if you want it more spicy.

For salsa, in a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; chill until serving. In a large skillet, saute the chicken, garlic, cumin, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper and salt in oil until heated through.
