A great change from jar sauce & vegetables you may have in your refrigerator. Preparation time is about 30 minutes to cut vegetables for the Crock Pot and 15 minutes for the Pasta. Cooking time is 5-6 hours. The spices are whatever your family likes! We love garlic. Fresh, dried, or roasted. Easy recipe and a big hit at Our house. -- posted by Chef #688254 read more »

This recipe is from Food Network's Guy Feiri. I had this at his restaurant, Johnny Garlic's and loved it. I made it at home last night and it tasted exactly the same! It is spicey! I only put in 1 1/2 peppers and it was not as spicey as it was at the restaurant, but perfect. It is an easy recipe to make! -- posted by "Food:The Way To Anyone's Heart" read more »

I haven't tried this, but it looks so good! Adapted from Vegetarian Times magazine! These sausages were a hit among Vegetarian Times vegan staffers, who loved the idea of homemade veggie links. They are a snap to make in a 2-layer bamboo steamer, but you may use a metal steamer in a large saucepan, you may just have to do several batches. -- posted by Sharon123 read more »

Do you struggle with cooking natural-casing sausage links? Trying to find a happy medium between cooked enough to be done, but not so much that they're dry and burnt? Give this recipe a try for moist, flavorful sausages that are cooked to perfection. This method would also work for sausages other than breakfast links. You will need to increase the water and cooking time proportionally. PS: Ever cook breakfast for dinner? We occasionally do, and this makes a nice addition. -- posted by UnknownCh read more »
