I found this recipe on the Betty Crocker website - kids and grown-up alike seem to enjoy these! ;) When you are short on time and don't want to search for ingredients - these are quick and easy to whip up! **They claim 1 hour start to finish for these cookies. As with most cookies, if properly sealed, these should be able to be made ahead and frozen! I always loved going to my Gram's freezer for the variety of cookies found there!! -- posted by Mommy Diva read more »

This "easy as pie" dessert is sweet, simple and spectacular. Stacked apples with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. This is so much fun! We used vanilla rum-raisin ice cream and Smuckers Butterscotch Caramel Sauce. The raisins should be soaked for only about 10 minutes. These are a very easy thumbprint cookie to make as they use a packaged cookie mix. They look pretty around the Holidays. You can use green drizzle (made with the white chocolate chips in recipe with added green food coloring) with the raspberry jam & they look great or even use colored red or green sugar. You can also use apricot or any other flavor jam you desire in making these if raspberry not your thing. Got the recipe from Shoprite website and have been using it ever since. -- post read more »
