This casserole is very easy to make. Every time I take it to a gathering, there is not any left and I am always asked for the recipe. I have had this recipe for many years. You can always add less cheese to cut down on the fat. Enjoy! -- posted by Ranch mom read more »

This stew is very flexible. You can add ingredients or remove them, just so long as you keep the canned soup, chicken, and green chiles (those are the key ingredients.) You can increase or decrease the amount of chiles to adjust the heat to your taste. -- posted by Cook In Southwest read more »
