Brown hamburger and onion until no longer pink and onions are clear. In a separate sauce pan, cook on medium-low the salsa and enchilada sauce. Open can of beans and put in a microwave safe dish and heat until warm.

Combine first 5 ingredients and form into balls. Place tuna balls in buttered casserole dish. Combine the soup and the milks; pour over the tuna balls. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
