Despite the simplicity of the combination, it's an Italian classic that can pack killer flavor with little effort. The key is to use only the very best, very freshest ingredients. I love to try new turkey recipes during the year to experiment before the holidays. I'm finally getting around to posting some that I've tried before. This one is quite good, but a little more work than most. However, parts of it can be prepared a day ahead. Plan ahead for this one - the turkey needs sit in the refer for 24 hours with the herb mixture before cooking. -- posted by lazyme

Brown rice is cooked with a bit of onion and garlic in a vegetable stock. The broccoli is zapped in the microwave. The two are then topped with lovely toasted walnuts and shredded Cheddar cheese.

Found recipe in the Prescott Journal. It is served over Whipped Cream Cake same as: http://www.recipezaar.com/22857 . The notes in the paper said: "Another old recipe from the files of May Welch 'Our Nana'. The Historical Society has a display of old school days and this is a tribute to all the one room school house teachers.
