My family calls this dish "That One Salad" because it better than all others! It is great for a lunch or dinner. A big salad filled with chicken, craisins, nuts and bleu cheese on a crispy crust! -- posted by Chef Drtybrshs

I adapted this from a recipe printed in a local periodical. Served without the decadent sauce, this chicken is quite healthy. This dish is a great way to use up your leftover Christmas or Easter ham. -- posted by D. Todd Miller

I wanted to try making chicken cordon bleu but I am not a big fan of swiss cheese, so i came up with this recipe based on a recipe I found on cooks.com. The white cream sauce is so yummy i was practically licking the plate!!! I served the meal with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. -- posted by Ria Bia

Yes, itsa chicken cordon blue casserole, but itsa different one from the others. This has the addition of rich sour cream and uses cream of celery soup for a slight twist on an old favorite. Try this with leftover stuffing too. -- posted by Jess4Freedom

Found this online -- looks simple to put together and yummy! Original recipe requires frying -- but I wonder if it could not be completly done in the oven. If someone tries this before me and wants to be brave and skip the frying step and bake longer, let me know your changes and I will edit the recipe. Thanks!! -- posted by iewe
