You can make this with any fruit really, even if posted with blueberries. I have made this with apples, caned pinapple, peaches, strawberries and it even works with perservatives or jam. Berry Bake - my favorite cake! -- posted by Iceland

This thick antioxidant drink is so like a Dessert! A drink for the young or those that want to stay young! ;) This recipe has two versions one with and one without liquor :!: This drink has a graham cracker crust rim with a creamy blueberry filling!Serve it in a margarita glass. Combine 1/3 cup sugar and 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch in a small bowl. Combine berries, cornstarch mixture, and lemon rind in a large bowl until well blended; spoon berry mixture into a lightly greased 2-qt. baking dish.
