My toddler begs for popsicles and I only buy him the all fruit kind which were still loaded with fruit AND they break the bank!!!! For that reason, started playing around with different fruits and making my own popsicles. . .that way they were much cheaper and I knew they were truly fruit only. This is my son's current favorite. Hope you enjoy! -- posted by JanuaryBride read more »

After a nice dinner in an Italian restaurant, my mom, daughter & I shared a fabulous dessert - the sweet cream was rich and berries were layered inside. I went on a mission to re-create the dessert and came up with this recipe. The cream is soft -- not stiff or firm, like whipped cream. You can use your favorite fresh fruit or coulis. Layer it in a clear glass goblet or parfait dish; about 2 cups of berries or fruit coulis will be right. -- posted by Park Rangerette read more »

This is a Pot de Creme with a twist. I clipped this recipe from Lucy Waverman's "Weekend Menu" column in the Toronto Globe and Mail. Although the recipe calls for a berry topping to these custards, you could use any kind of fruit. -- posted by Chef Regina V. Smith read more »
