Lots of honey and mustard go into this great sauce, but there's also orange juice, tarragon, Worcestershire and white wine. Just pour over thinly-cut pork chops and marinate for a few hours in the fridge. Grill and enjoy.

I love this recipe because it's good and because my mother made it while I was at home. I added the brown sugar and hot sauce. A 3 generation family favorite. The whole recipe is estimated as I do not measure when I make this dish and depending on how much time I have I may turn up the oven for the first 20 minutes of baking. I add the water last so I can adjust the sauce to the desired consistancy. I also usually double the recipe. My family likes to dip garlic bread in the sauce. -- posted

I was inspired by Recipe #40416 and create my own. I am a novice cook and this has to be the easiest recipe I have tried in my crock pot. I would have liked to try a better BBQ Sauce but Winn-Dixie had a limited selection so I used there own which turned out pretty good. This is a great recipe for people who work or have little time to fix a meal trust me :-) -- posted by RedShirt
