I got this from my sister who said she found it in a cookbook. She uses English cucumbers, Walla Walla onions, red jalapenos, fresh cayenne peppers or thai peppers. She also said she uses a lot of cilantro because they love it. The sauce can be doubled or even quadrupled and stored in a jar in the fridge. Note: Some people use dried pepper flakes (the kind you put on pizza). -- posted by CJAY
