This was one of the early recipes I developed in my first kitchen. I was about 17 or 18, right out of high school when I made this using up some left over fried chicken. This was1988 or 89 and it is still one of my very favorites. If you use a rotisserie chicken from your deli, you'll get about four cups of chicken, enough for two quiches. One for you and one for a neighbor or friend. -- posted by SparkleKristy read more »

It's nice to have an easy recipe for cheese sauce on hand. You can drizzle this over broccoli, cauliflower or pretty much any other favourite veggie. It is also nice tossed with pasta but you may need to increase the amount of sauce. Enjoy! -- posted by Nif read more »

*Warning!* Don't try this recipe unless you like tooth-breakingly hard, crunchy cookies! This recipe is from the Honolulu Star Bulletin and is a copy-cat for Mountain View Bakery's stone cookies. People either love 'em or hate 'em. I'm posting this for the die-hards like me who can't get enough of 'em! -- posted by Chilicat read more »
