This is my mother in laws receipe for cambodian egg rolls. She is originally from Cambodia, and these are by far the best egg rolls I have ever eaten. These have no cabbage in them, and the noodles you will find in the asian aisle at your local supermarket. No trip to an asian market required :-) 1 pound of meat needs 1 package of egg roll wrappers. Make sure to let your egg roll wrappers thaw an hour before starting, as per the directions -- posted by nome179er read more »

This is delicious! It's just a little different way to enjoy fruit cake, and it'll feel a little like being in the Caribbean Iles! It's chock full of goodies! You can enjoy this all year around and try using different types of healthy ingredients like dried fruits and different nuts. -- posted by FLUFFSTER read more »

Can you stand the heat? If so try my most requested starter. They have been a hit everytime I make them. Simple recipe for major taste. I have never had one "left over". They are best when grilled, but you can cook them in the oven. I prefer charcoal, as to harness maximum flavor. Enjoy!Tip: Rub the wooden kabob sticks with raw bacon to make the poppers slide on. You can make these somewhat mild and super hot, what ever you like. -- posted by The Finnish Chef read more »

Delicious. You can use 2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut into serving pieces.I like this over egg noodles, but spaghetti is also very good. -- posted by PolishRuski read more »

There I was, a lunch to make, and a can of tuna in my hand. I don't know what got into me, but I just wasn't ready for the same old tuna salad sandwiches. I opened the fridge, and here's the result. Try other ingredients, ie fontina cheese, pepperonconi, sliced tomato. Yeah...before you say it...I know this sounds Italian, but I'm part Polish...so there! -- posted by MTDavids read more »

A nice light flavored dish that is good with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce or Lemon Garlic Mayonnaise. This broccoli terrine can be made up to a day ahead. Cook time does not include the 3 to 4 hour chill time or 10 minutes cool time. -- posted by Debbwl read more »
