Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cream confectioners' sugar and cream cheese together in bowl. Fold in half the Cool Whip.

Boil a dozen eggs. When cooled, peel and then slice eggs long way. Take out yolk, add one can of deviled ham, a couple dashes of hot sauce (more if you like it hot), sweet pickle relish, Tbsp salt, pepper and mayo, one tbs at a time until it gets to they way you like it. Put in whites and sprinkle with paprika.

Arrange biscuits over bottom of 1 1/2 qt. microwave casserole. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, blending well. Spoon over biscuits. Microwave on high for 12 minutes, spooning sauce over biscuits after 6 minutes.

Brown ribs on both sides in shortening in Dutch oven. Brown onion in butter in skillet. Add remaining ingredients and 1 cup water to onion, heating until very hot. Pour over ribs. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 3/4 hours.

Dissolve yeast from roll mix in 1/4 cup warm water. Combine roll mix and 1/4 cup sugar in bowl. Add yeast, 1 egg, sour cream and butter, mixing well. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease surface. Chill, covered, for 2-3 hours. Roll into 18 inch circle on floured surface.

I buy Keebler chocolate covered graham cracker cookies to have on hand for a "pick me up" treat. One afternoon, I was desperate for chocolate and alas one of my grand children had finished the chocolate covered graham cookies, so I was on the search for chocolate. I found some semi sweet chocolate chips in the refrigerator.

In a medium-size bowl, pour boiling water over the cornmeal, stir, and let cool 10 minutes. Add milk, canola oil, eggs, cumin, chili powder, and baking powder; beat until smooth. Stir in the corn, chiles and olives.
