Pan Fried Breaded Sole

Ingredients
4 filets per person
2 eggs (or more as needed)
bread crumbs (seasoned with S&P)
butter
white wine
lemon



Directions
Pan fry lightly breaded sole. Deglaze pan with white wine and lemon (to taste) and reduce with added butter to a sauce.
