This is my Great Grandmothers home made maple syrup recipe. It's so easy and it lasts a long time in the fridge. I hate store bought syrup and this is the only kind I will eat. Goes great with my Grandmothers Pancakes (Recipe listed under my name!) You can add more or less Maple extract for how strong you want the flavor to be. -- posted by Miss Ambrosia
