I love this recipe because it's good and because my mother made it while I was at home. I added the brown sugar and hot sauce. A 3 generation family favorite. The whole recipe is estimated as I do not measure when I make this dish and depending on how much time I have I may turn up the oven for the first 20 minutes of baking. I add the water last so I can adjust the sauce to the desired consistancy. I also usually double the recipe. My family likes to dip garlic bread in the sauce. -- posted by Fancy Nance
