This is one of several of "My Big Fat Greek" recipes. On a hot summer day this makes a refreshing salad course, which I usually serve with "My Big Fat Greek Lemonade" (minted pomegranite lemonade with cinnamon stick and honey -- recipe coming soon). Since we do eat like the Greeks in this household, I do the whole kabam here and it doesn't take long to disappear. The recipe can be cut in half if desired... but you may regret having not made more! This makes an ideal "potluck" salad. -- posted by BizZaar
