Add to: Recipe Box | Grocery List | Meal PlannerRecipe submitted by Bryan, 03/23/06Garlic BreadIngredients (use vegan versions):    1/2 cup margarine    4-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice    4 cloves garlic, minced    1 loaf French bread (16oz)    4 tablespoons vegan parmesan    paprika    pepper    saltDirections:Melt margarine, then add lemon juice and garlic.  Cut loaf of bread lengthwise and brush each half with margarine mixture.  Top with approximately 2 tablespoons of vegan parmesan on each half and then sprinkle with paprika, pepper, and salt, to taste.  Broil, close to the flames, for a few minutes.  I don't do it for an exact time, you just need to keep an eye on it to make sure you don't overcook it.
